After termination, only these parts stick around: Section 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), Section 2 (Use of the Service), Section 3 (Indemnification), Section 4 (Third Party Rights), and Section 6 (Miscellaneous).

### 6. Miscellaneous

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States; any legal action must happen only in the federal or state courts that can hear the case in the United States. If you want to bring a claim or lawsuit for any part of the Service, you must do so within 1 year of the event that led to the claim; otherwise, you lose that claim. If we do not enforce a part of this Agreement right away, it does not mean we are giving up that part or any future right we have.

No past dealings between the parties and no industry custom can change any part of this Agreement. Pawbiotix can transfer any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to anyone it chooses without informing you.

To protect the privacy of individuals, some names in this material have been altered, and certain testimonials involve actors who were compensated. Any rights not specifically given to you in this Agreement remain with Pawbiotix.
